Ingredients
4 bonelesss skinless chicken breasts cut into long strips OR
you can use chicken tenders
1 bottle dry or brut champagne
1 stick butter
2 sm. containers sliced portabella mushrooms
1/2 pint heavy cream
Directions
Step: 1Sautee mushrooms in 1/4 stick of butter until tender (season with salt and pepper) then remove from sautee pan and put on seperate plate. Sautee chicken until browned in remaining butter. Turn heat to med-high and add 1/2 bottle of champagne and the heavy cream. Let simmer for about 7 min. or until sauce thickens. Turn heat off and fold in mushrooms. Pour yourself a flute of the remaining champagne. Enjoy!
