Ingredients
4 Boneless Chicken Breasts1-1/2 cup Shredded Chedder Cheese1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 cup Frozen, Chopped Spinach
1 Whole Red or Yellow Pepper



Directions
Step: 1Brown chicken breasts and place in casserole dish.Mix spinach and cheeses together and spread on top of the chicken breasts.Cut pepper in strips and place on top.Bake for 45 minutesThe frozen spinach I use does not contain a lot of water. If yours does thaw and squeeze out excess water. Also, I used frozen peppers as they were cheaper than fresh. Can you green peppers but the color of the peppers looks nice with the spinach.
