Ingredients
2 packets sweetener (I use splenda)
3 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 crisp head lettuce

1/2 tbs mustard
1 tbs heaping horseradish
2 cups mayonnaise
salt
peppe
Directions
Step: 1Season chicken with salt, pepper and grill. Grill until golden brown almost dried out. Next to make sauce. Mix mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, and sweetener until well blended. Now chop chicken until the consistency of grated cheese (I use a food processor). Take lettuce leaf and fill with minced chicken and generous amounts of sauce, fold over and eat like a burrito. Enjoy!!!
