Broccoli Bacon Salad
|Name||Broccoli Bacon Salad|
|1/2 cup chopped broccoli, cut off stems and discard them
1/4 cup crisp chopped bacon (I use 1/2 jar real bacon pieces)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped red onion
|Step: 1||Combine all these ingredients. Set aside.
Mix 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar (more or less) and 3 packets of equal. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for one hour.
|I don't know the carb count, but I think it is very low. This is great as a side dish with steaks, chicken or hamburgers.
