1 Green Pepper
1/2 C. Black and or Green Olives (sliced)
1 - 1 1/2 Stalk Celery
1/2 C.Chopped Raw Broccoli
2 Tbs. Sliced Green Onion
1-2 tsp. Lime Juice
Step: 1Chop all of your veggies to small pieces to your liking. Combine and sprinkle the lime juice over it for taste. Best if you let sit for a little bit in a container to allow the different flavors to blend, and define themselves. This is great with 1/2 C. Cottage and Chicken for dinner!
