4 strips bacon
4 large eggs
1/2 cup water
1/8 tsp.pepperchopped onion (opt)
1lb. sausage
1C. heavy cream
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
8 oz. shredded chedder cheese
Step: 1Cook bacon until crisp,brown sausage and drain.Whisk together eggs,cream,thyme,pepper and onion.Add cheese and sausage.Pour into greased pie dish.Crumble bacon,sprinkle on top of egg mixture.Bake in 375 degree oven untile golden and custard is set.About 30 minutes.
