1 medium yellow onion chopped
1 can whole tomatoes or use 3 large fresh tomatoes
1 clove garlic crushed
1 or 2 med. green chilies chopped
1 jar salsa (mild/med/hot)
cheddar cheese
pork skins
Step: 1sautee onions and bell pepers then add ground beef. When beef browned add tomatoes, chilies, garlic and salsa. Let simmer for 15 minutes. When ready to eat, top with grated cheese and rushed pork skins. Yummy
