One can tuna
Mayonaise (1-2 tbsp)
Vidalia or red onion 1/8 cup chopped
2-3 thin tomato slices

Bacon 3-4 pieces cooked
Swiss Cheese 1 slice (2 if thin)
Low carb bread product (optional)
Step: 1This is a delicious and flavorful combination that tastes great as a sandwich or without bread. Just prepare tuna salad w/ mayo as normal to your taste, substituting onion for celery. Layer either in a bowl, or on a piece of low carb bread, first the tuna, then tomato slices, then bacon and top with Swiss cheese. Microwave on 1/2 power for one minute or until cheese is melted. It's a lot of strong flavors together but it is just delicious and satisfying, even without using bread!
