Ingredients
3 slice Bacon (0.1 net carb) 1 plum sliced tomato (2.2 net carbs) 1/2 C lettuce (0.2 net carb)
1 La tortilla factory tortilla (3 net carbs) 1 tbsp kraft mayo (0 net carb
Directions
Step: 1I just spread the mayo onto a cold tortilla shell. Put the cooked bacon on the bottom and add the lettuce and tomatos. This is so good I usually end up eating two of them! You can also add avacado to this. An extra little tip is to cook the bacon in the foreman grill it turns out to be the most perfect bacon ever-enjoy!I got the carb count for these items out of the atkins carb counter.
