1 package Hebrew National Saurkraut--(0 carbs)
1/4 to 1/2 lb. lean corned beef sliced a bit thicker than usual
1/4 to 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
2 Tablespoons Ken's Salad Dressing--(2 carbs)
Step: 1Put some saurkraut on a plate, cover with some of the corned beef, spread with salad dressing, and cover all with a couple of slices of swiss. Heat in microwave until heated and cheese just starts to melt. Let sit a minute or two before eating. Enjoy! Who needs bread!
