If you love the sweet and savory tast of the Monte Cristo sandwich then you have to try this!
Swiss cheese slices
sliced turkey, deli or leftovers
Mustard, any kind
Pecans, chopped or halves
Sugar free rasberry jam
Step: 1On a plate layer 1 slice of swiss, 1 slice of turkey, thin layer of mustard, and chopped pecans. Top with a teaspoon of rasberry jam and roll up. Note, If using pecan halves place 6-8 halves near the end you will begin to roll from. I can usually eat 2-3 of these as a quick lunch.
