Ingredients
Cooked chicken
Low Carb bread
Swiss or Havanti cheese
Onion slices (optional)
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Mayonnaise
Cooked broccoli tops



Directions
Step: 1Mix Mayonnaise with Parmesan cheese (2 parts cheese with 1 part mayo) to form a thick sauce to top this open faced hot sandwich.

Layer:
Bread
Slice of cheese
Pieces of chicken
Cooked Broccoli
Mayo/Cheese sauce
Onion slices (optional)

Bake in oven at 450 F until top of sandwich turns a golden brown.
