1 bag (3 to 4 oz) plain pork skins
*melted butter
pepperoni or sausage (or both)
a little chopped onion and peppers
a few mushrooms
mozzarella cheese
Step: 1Crush the skins as fine as you can get them, add just enough melted butter to hold it together. Press mixture into a pan as you would crust. Bake at 350 10 to 15 minutes, or til skins are crunchy and hold their shape.

Layer the pepperoni, onion, peppers, and mushrooms. Top with the cheese.

*Don't use too much or the skins won't get crunchy.
