|1 large head of cabbage (as large as you can find)
1 can (26-1/2 oz.) Huntís Cheese & Garlic Spaghetti sauce.
The sauce has 8 carbs per 1/2 cup serving. There are 6 servings per can, but you will get a LOT more than 6 servings from this dish depending on the size of the cabbage. 
1 lb mozzarella cheese (more or less to taste)
2 lbs. hamburger or Italian sausage (or a combination of both)
|Step: 1||Chop the cabbage; put 1/2 in a roaster or casserole dish.
Tear bite sized chunks off 1/2 the meat (raw) and throw in with the cabbage. Repeat with the other half of the cabbage and meat.
Pour the spaghetti sauce over.
Shred the cheese and sprinkle over the top.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until the cabbage is tender and the meat is done. Stir before serving.
This freezes well. Reheat in microwave.
