*For Pizza Dough

*1/2 C. flax meal
*2/3 C. soy flour
*2 Eggs
*1/4 C. Parmesan
*1/4 C. shredded cheddar
*Dash salt
*Dash pepper

*2 T. red salsa
*1 pound cooked, drained sausage
*3 oz. pepperoni chips (dry in microwave to make chips)
*1-1/4 C. shredded cheddar
*1 C. shredded mozzarella

(Can add other optional toppings, i.e. mushrooms, etc...just be sure to include carbs counts.)
Step: 1How to make crust:

Preheat oven to 350 F. Oil a jelly rool, or cookie sheet. Mix together all of the crust ingredients, until a semi-sticky ball forms. Once ball is formed, plop ball out onto oiled pan, and using your fingertips, spread dough into an approximate 12 inch circle. Place in oven for 10 minutes. (If you have an airbake pizza pan, when you pull the crust out of the oven, you could transfer the crust to the Airbake, and it would make a really crispy crust.) Remove crust from oven, and spread 2 T. red salsa over crust. Add sausage, pepperoni, and cheeses. Place back in oven until cheeses melt. When cheeses melt, remove from oven, and let cool. Cut into 8 slices. Enjoy!
