Ham Loaf (Pig Loaf)

When my son was little he always called this pig loaf and the name has stuck!
1/2 pound ground smoked ham
1/2 pound ground pork
1 pound ground beef (*or 1/2 pound beef and 1/2 pound veal)

1 egg
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup water
1 cup crushed pork rinds

Step: 1Mix well and shape into loaf in a loaf pan.

Mix together:
1/2 cup Splenda or 12 teaspoons FiberFit
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar

Pour over the top and bake at 375 degrees for an hour and a half.
