Mama's Spicy Garlic Pork or Chicken

|6 thin-sliced center cut pork chops or pounded chicken breasts
6 teaspoons of mayonaise
1 cup Mama Wisa's Blanched Almond Flour
1 tablespoon Mama Wisa's Special Spice Blend
1 and 1/2 teaspoons garlic
|Step: 1||Preheat oven to 350. Mix the almond flour, Spice Blend and Garlic Powder in a bowl. Spread each pork chop or chicken breast with one teaspoon of mayonnaise. Dredge in the almond flour mixture so that both sides are coated. Place meat on an ungreased baking sheet, and bake until completely cooked through and no pink remains. Remove from baking pan to plate with a spatula.
Variation: Use 1/2 tablespoon of Mama Wisa's Fajita Mix or 3/4 tablespoon of Mama's Cajun Spice Mix in place of the Spice Blend. Or for a "Sweet Southern Style" substitute Pleasantville Cookie Mix for the Almond Flour.
