Introduction
Quick simply and delicious stir fry dish with an asian flair that will please the most picky eaters!
Ingredients
2 (6 oz) pieces of skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size
half cup of diced red onion
1 tablespoon of crushed dried basil
1 lime, juiced
half of a red bell pepper,diced
1/3 cup of soy sauce
2 teaspoon of salt
3 teaspoon of corse black pepper
1/3 cup of white wine
Directions
Step: 1Heat up the pan with canola oil. Toss in the red onions and stir fry till its slightly brown. Add in the bell pepper and stir it up again. Then toss in the chicken pieces, sprinkle the crushed basil, add the lime juice, soy sauce, salt, pepper and white wine. Stir fry everything for about 15-20 mins and its ready to serve.
