No Crust Pan Pizza

|3-4 pkgs of sliced mushrooms
1 jar Ragu Thick and Meaty
Any of your favorite toppings
Pepperoni (lowfat works great)
Real Bacon Bits
|Step: 1||Put mushrooms in a baking pan with about a 1/4 cup of water.
Cover loosely with foil and bake 30-45 minutes at 400 degrees. You want them cooked but not dry. This will keep the pizza from becoming soggy.
Drain mushrooms and spread evenly in pan.
Top with a layer of shredded mozzarella, sauce, the rest of the toppings, and then another layer of mozzarella. The order of the layers is important for structure.
Bake another 30 minutes uncovered. The top will brown. Dig in. Its pizza you eat with a fork.
