4-5 pounds country style ribs
1- 10 oz can of saurkraut
1- onion sliced thin
1 or 2 red peppers chopped fine (depending on desired hotness)

1- 12 oz bottle of Michelob Ultra.
1/4 cup Bragg's Amino Acids or Soy Sauce
1 1/2 c. water
Step: 1In a crock pot, place saurkraut on the bottom, layer the onions, then the ribs, and pepper. Pour the beer and Bragg's over the ribs and veggies. Cook on low 8-10 hours. Remove ribs to serve separately, saving one or two to shred into the soup. Skim the fat off the top, add water. Simmer. If soup lacks desired sourness, add vinegar to taste. Add soy sauce or Bragg's to taste as well.
