4 pork steaks
1/2 head cabbage
1 large sweet onion
4 stalks celery
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2-4 cloves garlic
1 tsp Mrs Dash
soy sauce
1/2 - 1 tsp ground ginger
Step: 1debone and cut pork into tiny strips. Chop celery into bite size pieces, I usually cut on a slant at about 1/2 inch intervals. Cut onion into 1 inch pieces, cut cabbage into strips. Chop garlic into tiny pieces.
In a frying pan or wok, heat oil til very hot, add pork, onion, celery and garlic and cook until pork is done...stirring regulary as if stir frying. Add Mrs. Dash, 2-3 tablespoons soy sauce, and ginger. Add cabbage and stir, but do not overcook cabbage. Add more soy sauce to taste. Other family members might like this over bean thread noodles.
