Bulgogi - (Bull - Go - Gee ) Korean Beef

|This is a great recipe for beef lovers! |
|3 lbs of thinly sliced Beef roast about this thin: l l
1 cup of Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1 - 1/2 cup of splenda
1 bunch of chopped scallions (green onions)
1 tablespoon of minced ginger
1 table spoon of minced garlic
1 table spoon of sesame seeds
2 table spoon of sesame oil
2 small cans of Dole chopped pears.
|Step: 1||Mix all ingredients in large bowl
With your hands, squish the ingredients for 1 min. to bring out the oils and flavors, then stirr for 1 min
Let the sauce sit for at least 2 hours
After 2 hours, layer beef in bowl. After layering, toss beef with hands
to get all the beef coated. Then let sit for another 2 hours.
Cook beef over HOT grill! This stage is important! YOUR GIRLL MUST BE
HOT! Cook the beef with some char and enjoy!!!!!!!!!
You can reuse the sauce for more beef or chicken!
