Pork stuffed Kolrabi

|Prep. Time||1 1/2 hours or you could dice/mash them|

|Bake two Kolrabies at 375 for 1 hour.
Fry 4 oz ground turkey, 4 oz breakfast sausage, 2 Tbsp onion. Put in med. bowl.
Scoop out centers of turnips when done, combine with 2 Tbsp cream in bowl. Wrap in tin foil bake 375 for 30 min.
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp Wondra flour(round blue box)
1 shallot diced or 2 Tbsp onion, saute, add 1/4 cup half/half and 1/4 cup water. Dash of thyme, then stir. Serve in little pitcher.
