Ingredients
3-4 HEADS OF BROCCOLI
1 CUP OF FINELY SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
10 SLICES OF CRISP COOKED BACON, CRUMBLED.
1/4 OF RED ONION FINELY CHOPPED
1 AND 1/3 CUP MAYONAISE
1/2 CUP OF RED WINE VINEGAR
JUICE OF 1/4 LEMON
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
2 INDIV. PACKETS OF EQUAL
Directions
Step: 1MIX MAYO, VINEGAR, LEMON JUICE, EQUAL AND SALT AND PEPPER IN A SERVING BOWL.

CHOP BROCCOLI INTO SMALL PIECES AND ADD TO DRESSING, MIX WELL. GRADUALLY ADD BACON, CHEESE AND ONION MIXING WELL. CHILL IN REFRIDGERATOR OVERNIGHT.
