Ingredients
1 head cauliflower
1 cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1 tbls Prepaired Yellow Mustard
4 Spears (1 whole) Dill Pickle
1 Small Onion
2 Hard Boiled Eggs
Salt/Pepper to taste
Directions
Step: 1Cut head of cauliflower into small bite size pieces. Boil cauliflower for about 5 min., just to take the cold crunch out of it. It should still be crunchy. Drain and cool. At the same time boil eggs for 12 min. Dice eggs into small chunks. Cut up into small chunks the pickles and onion. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Cool in refrigerator 1 hour before serving.
