Ingredients
8 cherry tomatoes(halved)
1 tsp. sugar (use 1/4 pk equal if desired)
1 lb. fresh green beans
6 oz. feta (or desired cheese)
salt n pepper

Dressing:
6 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/4 tsp dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves crushed
salt n pepper
Directions
Step: 1Preheat oven to 400. Slice tomatoes onto baking sheet and sprinkle with sugar, salt n pepper. Roast 20 min's and let cool. Meanwhile boil beans for 10 min's in salted water. Make dressing by combining ingredients with wire whisk.Drain beans and immmediatly coat with dressing. Add tomatoes and cubed cheese. I prefer to serve room temp !
