Hash Brown Casserole
|Name||Hash Brown Casserole|
|4 med. Turnips (peeled and shredded)
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup Cream
1 med Chopped Onion
1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
1/4 Cup Butter (melted)
Salt and Pepper
|Step: 1||Mix together cream, chicken broth, cheese, onion, and butter. Mix in shredded turnips and put in a non-stick sprayed casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for an hour.
*You can put sausage into this recipe and substitute 2 beaten eggs for the chicken broth to make it more breakfasty. This is incredible and the first time I made it I ate it all.
