Italian Seasoning
Step: 1Cut Peppers, Zuccini, Squash, Onions, and Mushrooms into bite-size pieces. In a glass oven dish put three tablespoons of oil and add vegetables. Add teaspoon of minced garlic; sprinkle on salt and pepper for taste and garnish with italian seasioning. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes
