1 head cauliflower (or 1 bag frozen)
1/2 "chub" breakfast sausage - browned and drained
8 oz. cream cheese - softened
1 cup smoked Gruyere (or cheddar) cheese - grated or sliced
Step: 1Boil or steam cauliflower until soft. Mash with potato masher. Stir in cream cheese and sausage and put in casserole dish. Top with smoked cheese. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes, or until edges brown and it is bubbly.
