Ingredients
1 bag of frozen cauliflower
4 hard boiled eggs
1/2 c. mayo (or desired amnt)
2 Tb. dill relish
1 tsp. yellow mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Step: 1Simmer cauliflower until heated through, not mushy. dice eggs. In mixing bowl combine cauliflower, mayo, mustard, eggs. Serve warm or cold.
