1 pound cod, halibut, or flounder fillets
10 oz pkg frozen broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots in cheese sauce(make use own cheese sauce recipe)
1/4 cup white wine or chicken broth
1 tsp parsley
Step: 1In a large skillet place fish. Add wine(broth) and parsley. Cover and cook 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile cook vegetables according to package(and make cheese sauce if homemade). Remove Fish to serving plate. Stir in vegetables and cheese into cooking liquid, stir well. Spoon over fish.
