Ingredients
2 pounds flounder, halibut, haddock, sole or white fish fillets (if frozen, thaw)
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
2-3 green onions, thin sliced
10 1/2 oz can Cut Spears Asparagus, drained
paprika for a garnish
Directions
Step: 1Heat oven 450-degrees. Divide fish into 8 equal parts. Arrang in 13x9 inch baking dish. (stack portions if needed)Drizzle fish with margaring; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes.
In a small bowl combine sour cream and onions. Evenly distribute asparagus over fish. Top with about 1 Tables. sour cream mixture. Return to oven and bake an additional 3-5 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika to garnish.
