Coat fish fillets with blackened seasoning, in hot skillet
melt 2 tablespoons of butter, fry fish about 2 to 3 min.
on each side till done.
1 c. mayonaise
3 Tbs. mustard
3 Tbs. ketcup
2 teasp. soy sauce
to taste: salt, pepper, garlic
