Ingredients
2 T. red wine vinegar.

*2 T. finely chopped fresh basil.

*1 T. olive oil.

*2 garlic cloves, minced.

*4 salmon steaks or fillets, abour 6 oz. each.
Directions
Step: 1In large baking dish, combine vinegar, basil, garlic and oil. Add salmon, and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 15-120 minutes.

Coat a grill (GF grill works wonderfully for this!) with spray or olive oil. Grill salmon 10 minutes per inch of thickness, turning 1/2 way thru.
