6 oz. shrimp
1 lb.flounder
8 oz. bay scallops
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1/2 T. onion powder
1/2 T. garlic powder
seafood seasoning
Step: 1Cut the raw flounder into
bite sized pieces. Place in a small casserole dish
with the scallops and shrimp. In a small
saucepan, heat the
chicken broth, cream, onion
powder, garlic powder,
wine and cheeses until
hot and bubbly. Add salt & pepper to taste. Pour over seafood and bake
casserole for about 30
minutes, until bubbly. Serve
in dishes sprinkled with
seafood seasoning and
parmesan cheese
