Any fish fillets - We use Salmon, Halibut or Blue Hake

1 Cup Lemon Juice
Mixed Italian Spices
Salt & Pepper
Any non-stick cooking spray
Step: 11)Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2) Spray a baking pan with cooking spray.
3) Put desired fillets in the pan and spray over the top of them.
4) Sprinkle the Italian Spices generously over the fish, salt & pepper.
5) Pour the lemon juice around the fish.
6) Bake for approx. 20-25 min., flipping the fillets once.
