1 can Tuna
1 egg

1/4 c. Parmeson cheese
or Pork Rinds
Seasons - to taste
Directions
Step: 1Mix Tuna, Egg and Parmeson or Pork Rinds (Feeling brave? Mix both!) Form into patties and place in frying pan. Sprinkle with seasons and fry just like a hamburger.
For more flavor, add a little olive oil to the pan or use flavored pork rinds.

Dip in some ranch if you like (1 gram carbs per 2 tbsp, yum!!)
