Introduction
Extremely easy and quick meal with almost zero carbs. I turn the oven on to broil after I have mixed the topping ingredients and before I cover the cookie sheet so it is preheated for cooking.
Ingredients
1 lb. Tilapia or any white fish
2 Tbs. Butter or margarine
1/4 cup Parmesian Cheese
2 Tbs. Mayonaise
1/8 tsp. Onion powder
1/4 tsp. Dried Basil
1 Tbs. Lemon juice
1 pinch Salt & Pepper
Directions
Step: 1In a bowl mix all ingredients except fish. Set aside.

Cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Place fish on cooking sheet and broil for 4 minutes. Turn over and broil for an additional 4 minutes. Remove and cover with topping mixture. Return to oven and broil for 2 minutes or until topping is brown and bubbly.
