Introduction
This is so awesome! friends and family cannot tell this is low carb!
Ingredients
FILLING
1 4 oz. pkg. SF banana pudding (you can use another flavor if you don't like banana)
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup Splenda
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup water

CRUSt
1 cup ground walnuts
1/2 stick melted butter
2 T. Splenda
Directions
Step: 1In a small bowl, mix all crust ingredients and press on the bottom of a pie plate. In a large bowl, mix pudding mix, heavy cream, water and Splenda on low speed just until blended. Whip cream cheese in seperate bowl to make sure there is no lumps. Add to pudding mixture and mix on low to med. until blended. Immediately pour over crust and chill for 1 hour. Top with additional whiped cream if desired.
Nutrition Information
about 10 carbs per slice. Carbs come from walnuts and pudding mix.
