this is a way to add a lot of flavor to the usually bland boneless pork loin.
1 1/2 lbs. boneless pork loin, sliced about 1 1/2 inch thick
1 batch looing sauce (see in sauces catagory by luv2eat)
scallions, sliced
toasted sesame oil
Step: 11. put the pork in a slow cooker, pour the looing sauce over it, cover the cooker, and set it on low. forget about it for 8 to 9 hrs.
2. at dinner time, remove the pieces of pork from the looing sauce. put each piece on a serving plate, scater a few sliced scallions over each serving, and top with a few drops of sesame oil.

yeild: 4 generous servings with no more than 1g. carbs, no fiber, and 35g. of protein.
