Serves/Yields12 muffins
2/3 cup GNC Bake Mix
2/3 cup Vanilla Protein Whey
2/3 cup Soy Flour
8 tbsn Sour Cream
1 tspn Baking Powder
4 eggs
1 tbsp Mrs Dash
1 tspn Garlic Powder
1/2 tspn Pepper
2/3 cup Cheese (Cheddar or a mixture is good too)
optional Salt ( couple dashes)
1/4 cup water
4 tbspn Olive Oil
Step: 1Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Spray muffin pan with olive oil Pam and fill all 12 muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, or golden brown. Each muffin has about 3 carbs. Keep refrigerated, heat in microwave for 20 seconds and slab on the butter. Yummy. ; )

You can also bake in 2 bread pans.
