Knock'em Dead Shrimp to Die For

|Do not Omit the Oyster Sauce. This is the secret in making this dish Knock'em Dead to Die For.|
|2 lb. Shrimp, Peeled & Deveined (Tail On)
2 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Garlic
2 Green Onions, Chopped
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Pure Butter
1 Teaspoon Oyster Sauce (found in the Asian section of your Grocery store)
Dash of Cayenne Pepper
Salt & Pepper
Squeeze of Fresh Lemon Juice (1 wedge)
|Step: 1||In a Large Skillet; Saute Garlic in Butter & Olive Oil for 1-2 minutes.
Add Shrimp and continue cooking until Shrimp is lightly pink.
Add Oyster Sauce
Season with Salt, Pepper, & Cayenne.
Cook for 1 more minute.
Add Lemon Juice & Green Onions
Toss and Serve while Hot
