Sort of like the ones at Red Lobster)
3 eggs (sl beaten) (1.8 carb)
1 1/2 C Soy Bake Mix (I used GNC brand) 30 carb-6 fiber=24)
Garlic Powder (5 healthy shakes or more)(0)
1/8 C oil (0)
1/2 C cream (3?)
1/4 C water (add slowly, don't get dough too thin)(0)
1 1/2 tsp butter extract (0)
3 oz grated cheddar cheese (3)
2 Tbs baking powder (0)
Step: 1Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingred. together. Dough will be almost like cookie dough. Drop by Tablespoonfull onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-15 min. or until slightly golden. Makes bout 18. (about 1.8 carbs each) Serve with butter! Would be good with soups! They look as though they would freeze well.
