Cuban Sandwich Wraps

|This recipe was inspired by the, deliciously grilled, Cuban sandwiches I've recently had at a newly opened Cuban Delicatessen in my area. They are also famous all over Tampa, FL.|
|2 soft taco size Mission Low Carb Tortillas (or burrito size)
4-6 slices of slow roasted pork shoulder
4-6 slices of smoked ham
4 slices of Swiss cheese
2 Tbs prepared mustard
4 thin dill pickle strips
1 Tbs softened butter
|Step: 1||Divide the roast pork, ham and cheese; stacking the ingredients in the middle of each tortilla, placing the cheese between the meats, which you've slathered a bit of the mustard on. Place 2 pickle strips on each.
Wrap it up like a burrito, folding the bottom edge up first, then the sides, and rolling it over, to close. Spread a bit of the butter on the outsides of each sandwich wrap. Place the wraps in a pre-heated George Forman grill or silimilar grill device, and cook for 5 - 7 minutes. The outsides should be lightly golden brown, so check it after a few minutes.
*NOTE* The thickness of the roast pork and ham slices will effect how much filling the wraps can take.
