Introduction
This is a quick and easy entre to serve with a light salad.
Ingredients
1 8-10 oz thick Halibut fillet (about 2 inches)
Lemon Pepper to taste
Sea Salt to taste
3 Tbs Garlic flavored olive oil
1 Lemon cut into wedges
Directions
Step: 1Slice the halibut into 1/2 inch pieces and spread them out on a plate. Drissle some of the garlic oil over them and season with the lemon pepper and sea salt. Turn the pieces over and season the other side. Pre-heat a skillet or crepe pan over a medium flame for about 5 minutes. Add the remaining olive oil, to coat the pan well, and add the sliced halibut to the pan. Grill the fish for about 2 - 2 1/2 minutes on each side, and serve immeadiately, with a splash of fresh lemon juice. Enjoy!
