ME AND MY SISTER LOVE THIS RECIPE IT SO EASY JUST TO POP IN THE
OVEN. I HOPE YOU AND YOUR FAMILY ENJOY IT TOO.
Ingredients
4 EGGS
20 OZ OF HALF & HALF
3 CUPS OF THE MOZZARELLA, AND ROMOANO
OR YOUR FAVORITE CHEESES
3 DASHES OF GARLIC AND ONION
1 PACKAGE OF SPINACHE
1 CAN OF MUSHROOMS
SALT TO TASTE
Directions
Step: 1PRE HEAT OVEN TO 350 POUR ALL CHEESE INTO THE BOTTOM OF A CASSEROLE DISH, LAYER SPINACHE ON TOP OF CHEESE THEN MUSHROOMS SPRINKE GARLIC AND ONION POWDERS, TAKE THE EGGS AND THE HALF & HALF WHISK TOGETHER. POUR EGG MIXTURE OVER THE LAYERS DO NOT MIX. PLACE IN THE OVEN FOR ABOUT 45 MINS DEPENDING ON YOUR OVEN.
SERVES WELL HOT OUT OF THE OVEN OR COLD OUT OF THE FRIDGE.
