I accidentally discovered this tasty treat when began eating low carb and can easily be modified or adapted to fit your needs.
1 bag frozen blueberries (you can use fresh, but I am not sure it will come out the same)
1 8 oz. of light or full sour cream
6-8 tablespoons of Splenda
Step: 1Empty sour cream into a bowl and add splenda to taste. Gently mix in frozen blueberries. Cover and chill for 15 minutes in refrigerator or until blueberries are thawed completely. Serve chilled.

Tip: You can save time by thawing blueberries ahead of time, however thaw them in the refrigerator in the original bag as the juice created is necessary for creating this tasty treat.
