Introduction
I'm so glad I thought of this. Its a great recipe to fry chicken cutlets, zucchini, or anything else you can think of!
Ingredients
1 loaf of stale low carb bread
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp dried basil
1 tbsp dried oregano
Directions
Step: 1If you want to make this recipe, but you only have FRESH low carb bread, just toast the slices in the oven until they are dried out. Make sure the bread is very dry and very cool before putting in a food processor, otherwise they will be sticky instead of light and fluffy.

Break up the slices of bread into chunks and put into a food processor with all other ingredients. It makes alot of breadcrumbs, so I store them in a tupperware container. To make your recipes even more LOW CARB, use half breadcrumb mixture and half parmesan cheese as a coating for frying. I promise they are perfect!

The carb count depends on the type of low carb bread you use! But remember, they will be even lower carb if you use half breadcrumbs and half parmesan cheese for frying!
