Another very good, very thick shake...
this is wonderul for breakfast or lunch... or a snack..
don't be thrown off by the interesting ingredients.. (egg and
cottege cheese just makes it really thick, you will be suprised
how good this is)
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup cottage cheese (full fat, low fat has more carbs)
1/4 cup Eggbeaters
1 scoop whey protein
1 capful (or more to taste) desired flavor sugar free Divinci Syrup (good
ones are Chocolate, White Chocolate, French Vanilla, Butter Rum,
Peanut butter, Irish Cream, Strawberry, etc)

Cocoa (1 T) if you want chocolate flavor, or 1/3 C chopped strawberries
for strawberry flavor... (I like the vanilla one myself, so I leave these out
most of the time)
about 7 ice cubes
Step: 1mix all in blender.. this is VERY thick.. so let it mix a while.. the longer the better...

approx 6 carbs (with cocoa or strawberrys) or 4 without...
about 370 calories...
