You can use 3 regular eggs instead of Egg Beaters. The calories and fat will be higher, but the rest will be about the same.
If you substitute ingredients and your batter comes out thicker, it will take LESS time to cook. Equally, the looser your batter is, the longer it will take to bake.

1/2 cup soy flour
1/4 cup (1 oz/30 gr) crushed (unblanched) almonds
8 oz crushed pineapple in own unsweetened juice
1/4 cup (1 scoop) isolated soy protein
3/4 cup egg beaters
1 tsp banana extract
2 cups Splenda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp cinnamon
|Step: 1||Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray. Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a spatula until well blended. Pour mixture into loaf pan. Sprinkle top with Splenda for a "crusty" top. Bake for 32-36 minutes. For a "gooier" top, take loaf out right after 30 minutes. Let loaf cool and cut into 8 equal portions.
